I have a Saeco Vienna Plus Superautomatic, the expresso side works fine, but water\/steam no longer comes out of the steam wand.<\/p>\n

\nNotice if you can hear the pump when you are opening for steam.If you dont hear it ther is a problem at the switch.If you hear it then the tube is just blocked with milk.
\n“Thanks, I can hear the pump, plus the espresso side is working. I also concluded that it is just plugged, but I don’t know how to get to the tube to clear it. I can’t descale normally because the steam side isn’t getting water. Can I access the tube with std. tools ie. screwdrivers and\/or allen wrenches?”<\/p>\n

\nThe tube is blocked at the point where you put it in the milk.You just need to unblock it with something thin like a needle .<\/p>\n

\nYep, did that. It was the first thing I tried. Cleaned the pannarello and removed it from the steel tube and used a pin to make sure it was also clear.<\/p>\n
